TICKER UPDATING

– If your subscription has not been renewed go to ” renewals ” at the home page buy products button to activate it.

– If your ticker has dropped off the internet for any reason, storms,power failure, provider etc. Unplug it, wait 30 seconds and then power back up, this will reactivate the wifi chip set.

ROUTER UPDATE

– If you have changed your IP address or purchased a new router you will need to reactivate your ticker again with the same process you did with the initial set up, follow the instructions carefully included in your set up booklet.

NEED HELP WITH SET UP

– We will require the 6 digit number from the label on the back of your ticker to identify the model so we can send you a pdf file with the correct set up instructions, this can be sent to technical support by email.
